- 11% (1% per month): During construction, 1st to 11th month
- 11%: On 12th month
- 5% (1% per month): During construction, 13th to 17th month
- 6%: On 18th month
- 24% (1% per month): From 19th to 42nd month from booking date
- 23% (0.5% per month): Post handover
