Payment Plan (35 months post handover)
- 20% + 4% DLD fee: On booking
- 11% (1% per month): Within 11 months from the date of booking
- 6%: After 12 months from the date of booking
- 18% (1% per month): From the 13th to the 30th month from the booking date
- 10%: On completion
- 35% (1% per month): Post handover within 35 months
