- 20% + 4% DLD + OQOOD 1090 AED: On booking
- 4% (≈1.38% per month): From 1st to 4th month
- 3%: On 5th month
- 4% (≈1.38% per month): From 6th to 9th month
- 3%: On 10th month
- 4% (≈1.38% per month): From 11th to 14th month
- 7%: On 15th month
- 14% (≈1.38% per month): From 6th to 29nd month
- 5% + Admin fee: On completion
- 35% (1% per month): Post handover
