- 20% + 4% DLD fee + 5250 AED admin/OQOOD fee: Down payment
- 5%: Within 3 months of booking
- 5%: Within 6 months of booking
- 5%: Within 9 months of booking
- 5%: Within 12 months of booking
- 25%: On handover
- 35% (1% per month): Post handover for 35 months
