Payment plan (post handover 2 years)
- 20% + 4% DLD + 4001 AED Admin Fee: On booking
- 5%: Within 2 months of booking
- 5%: Within 10 months of booking
- 10%: Within 15 months from booking
- 10%: Within 21 months from booking
- 10%: Within 28 months from booking
- 5%: On handover
- 20% (5% quarterly): Within 12 months post handover
- 15% (5% every 4 months): From the 16th to the 24th month post handover
