Payment Plan 1 (post handover 2.5 years)
- 10% + 4% DLD+5250 AED Admin Fees: Within 7 days of booking
- 10%: Within 30 days of booking
- 5%: Within 12 months of booking
- 10%: Within 18 months of booking
- 5%: On completion 50% of construction
- 10%: On completion 60% of construction
- 5%: On completion 70% of construction
- 10%: On handover
- 30% (5% every 4 months): From 4th to 24th months from handover
- 5%: 30 month from handover
